- Health Benefits for you and your family. Our plan allows you to pre-tax the premiums of any benefit you elect. Pre-taxing of benefits results in substantial savings – typically 30% to 35% of the regular monthly premium. Benefits are individually owned and portable, allowing you to take them with you when your contract ends, and the premiums remain the same. Contract employees and their families can select one or more of the insurance options listed below:
- Blue Shield PPO. Company pay plans California only; Assurant Health PPO Plans – all other states.
- Blue Shield Access Plus HMO Health Insurance – California only.
- Colonial Short Term Disability Coverage
- Blue Shield PPO Dental Plan – California only; Smile Dental – all other states.
- Ten-year Level Term Life Insurance on an after-tax basis.
