- Concinnity Group provides support for the candidate/consultant prior to all interviews. In addition to scheduling and confirming, we’ll review job specifications, candidate qualifications, questions/answers, and coach in-person communications and interview skills.
- Concinnity Group assists in contract negotiations to make sure the “best fit” is secured in terms of remuneration packages, which are based on current market rates. We’ll be there for both parties when contract extensions or other issues arise.
- We’ll use our market outreach to secure new assignments when current contracts are about to expire, keeping in mind the candidate’s/consultant’s desire for new challenges and growth opportunities.
