Seritta’s past experience includes working as a Beltway Bandit in Washington D. C. for two major defense contractors, SAIC and CACI.  She worked on contract deliverables for all the military services as well as NASA, DOE, DOT, HUD, and DOD.  Seritta held a “top secret” clearance during this period.

Seritta also has prior top-level experience as a management consultant, organizational development specialist, and training designer for both publicly and privately held firms.  She founded a California-based staffing company in 1981, which was the precursor of Concinnity Group.  This company specialized in computer information systems, and evolved to include several other areas of technical expertise (see above).

Leadership team and advisers include specialists from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines, which bring a level of experiential depth to the client’s table that few other staffing companies can offer.
